Pathways
forward
Working alongside caseworkers and partner organisations to help people transition towards stable, long-term housing.
How it works
Our temporary housing program is designed to provide immediate support while helping guests plan for the future.
1. Referral
Guests are referred through organisations such as Homes NSW, Link2Home, domestic violence services, Corrective Services NSW and other community partners.
2. Temporary Accommodation
Guests move into safe, supported accommodation and receive practical assistance throughout their stay.
3. Next Steps
Working with caseworkers and support services, guests are connected with transitional, social or private housing opportunities that best suit their circumstances.
Transitional program
For guests who need additional support after their initial stay, our transitional program provides subsidised accommodation for three to six months while they work towards securing permanent housing.
Participants receive ongoing mentoring, rental support and practical guidance to help them successfully transition into independent living.
